Greenway Opens New Environmental
Laboratory
June
2008: Responding to
a local need for drinking water testing and in preparation for proposed
changes in regulations for alternative onsite wastewater systems,
Greenway is proud to announce the opening of its environmental
laboratory.
The new lab is equipped with the
necessary instrumentation, chemicals, reagents and qualified personnel
to perform a wide range of water and wastewater analysis.
Our Client base is as diverse as the
range of tests we perform. Individual homeowners concerned about the
potability of their drinking water can gain peace of mind by having
their water analyzed for an affordable range of common contaminants.
Municipal and industrial clientele now have a local laboratory capable
of performing tests for regulatory compliance.
Greenway is Going Green!
June
2008:With mounting
energy costs and the importance of environmental responsibility,
Greenway has began the process of going Green.
As fleet vehicles reach their useful ages, more fuel efficient vehicles
will be chosen as replacements where applicable.
With the help of volunteering employees, waste
paper, plastic and aluminum are being collected and delivered to
recycling centers.
Also, serious research is currently being conducted
to consider converting to solar and/or wind energy to power the
electrical and HVAC needs for the office complex. Check for updates to
see how Greenway is reducing its carbon footprint!
